Excellence By Design Leadership: The Six Key Characteristics of Outstanding Leaders

If you want to become a better leader, in your business, your community, your volunteer role, or your family, this book is for you.

I have made a career of taking enormous amounts of information on a topic, studying it for months, and boiling it down to what actually matters. This book is that process applied to leadership. If you read 400 books on the subject and condensed them, you would find a common set of principles. I have outlined them here so you do not have to spend the ten years reading.

What you will learn:

• The six characteristics that show up in every outstanding leader I have studied
• The Four C's of trust, and why competence alone will never earn it
• How to control The Gap, the space between what happens to you and how you respond
• The KSA process for making bold decisions while minimizing real risk
• Why poor leadership accounts for as much as half of lost company productivity
• How to build a vision specific enough that your people can actually make decisions against it

I am not reinventing the leadership wheel. I just want to help you get yours running as smoothly as possible.
